DNL, based out of Dallas, Texas, focuses on the sale of net lease retail properties all over the country. We handle on and off-market transactions, representing both the seller and the buyer to reduce costs and make the sale a quick and easy process. Our success is a direct result from our relationships with a select group of well established net lease buyers. Our main clients own hundreds of investment properties and have the ability to take down large portfolio deals. We also work with many sellers when they are in 1031 exchanges to help them find a replacement property to avoid tax consequences. Dallas Net Lease was founded in the summer of 2018 and in the first year of business we have closed around 20 drugstores and have many more under contract.
